Returns and exchanges

It is possible to make an exchange within 15 days of purchase, presenting the corresponding receipt.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

The item must not have been used or show signs of wear and tear.

In the case of accepted returns, the customer will be emailed a label to attach to the shipment, along with information on authorized UPS pickup points in their area.

Returns are only accepted in connection with a size change.

Only one free return per order is allowed.

We do not accept returns for cash refunds.

For products purchased in Outlet or on promotion, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Requests for product defect returns can be made within 30 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Sanyako will repair or replace the item and reimburse the shipping costs.
